Any major difference between Cadence Advanced Node GPDK v1.0 and v1.1 release?

I was wondering was there any significant FinFet  difference between Cadence Advanced Node GPDK v1.0 and v1.1? 

(cds_ff_mpt_v_1.0, cds_ff_mpt_v_1.1)

Say like smaller geometry nm devices or is it just tweeked models and to work with later Virtuoso releases? 

Bearing in mind this is a virtual foundry PDK not a real one.

  • These are the changes according to the design rule manual (same old transistors - no smaller geometry)
