Quantus QRC issue

Hi

I am now working on the QRC & voltus-fi EMIR flow. And I find some issue when I work on the QRC extraction.

Environment details:

PDK: Samsung 90nm

Virtuoso version: IC23.1

QRC version: 21.1.1-s329

Calibre version: v2023.3_14.8

My flow is: Calibre LVS -> Calibre Query -> QRC -> ADE simulation with EMIR option

I have tested the flow with a simple INV and all the flow can run successfully. Now I tested it on a Bandgap and the QRC extraction failed when extracted the poly resistor. I attached the error as following:

# Reconnect RES devices

createLink ppwell opppcres_0dev_0tw-48_ppwell_rvia

ERROR (RECONN-157025): 'opppcres_0dev_0tw-48_rvia' is not a flat edge file

Any suggestion on how to fix it? Thanks.

This might help: ERROR (RECONN-157025): layer is not a flat edge file (you might want to contact the foundry though to ensure everything is synchronised).
