    Hello, thank you very much for your help. I already have the .proc files for different corners. However, when I look for them in the simulation environment section with EMX, they appear but I am not able to select them.

    Did you log a support case? If so, please ask this question there (otherwise I'm not sure how you got hold of the proc files or the script to generate them from the foundry-supplied data).

    It rather depends on which interface to EMX you are using (you didn't say, and didn't way which version of EMX or IC you are using either).
