Missing instance on LVS (IOs)

Hello,

When doing LVS with PVS, I have thousands of missing instance and the majority is coming from the IO ring. I do have the IO ring library as the layout was imported. I can open each IO on schematic and there is a correlation between Layout and Schematic, but giving error on LVS.

Here is the image (cadence forum doesn't let me upload image so I put on a link): https://imgur.com/a/uofaelL

etc...

Any help is appreciated.
