Quantus PVS Parasitic Extraction ERROR (LBRCXM-992)

Hi,

I am trying to perform PEX with Quantus based on the guide provided by the foundry and having the following errors (I already did a LVS and it's clean for extraction): 

ERROR (LBRCXM-674): File '/home/mr_wolf/work/PvsLVS/inv_top_test/inv_top_test.agf' does not exist or is not readable.

ERROR (LBRCXM-992): Put the file "PEGASUS_FORMAT_VERSION" or "PVS_FORMAT_VERSION" under the path /home/mr_wolf/work/PvsLVS/inv_top_test can solve the crash.

ERROR (LBRCXM-709): ***** Quantus terminated abnormally *****

Quantus version: 24.1
