gsclib090 (gpdk090 standard cell library) download?

Is there a way to get hold of the standard cell library associated with gpdk090 (i.e., gsclib090, and possibly also giolib090)?

Currently, the only available tar-ball for 090 is gpdk090 itself, and, while the standard cells are referenced in various write-ups, the download itself (gsclib090) seems to no longer be available.
An old(er) forum post mentions `pdk.cadence.com`, but that seems to no longer be a valid URL...

I'm interested in comparing 090 side by side with 045, and am hoping to configure similar design (virtuoso), synthesis (genus), and p&r (innovus) capability with both size PDKs...
