ibis2subck for IBIS circuit doesn't extract analogmodel

Hi , 

I am trying to import an IBIS file into spectre , but it create a netlist that call intances on "analogmode" master cell. Here is an example :

But this doesnt work because  import fails because is not able to find analogmode master cell.  

If I use the -extractmodel option like this :

• ibis2subckt -in XXX.ibs -out YYY.scs -corner typ  -extractmodel yes

it creates a file with only the models :
