Creating GaN Device Symbol (EPC2001C) from Spectre Model File in Virtuoso

Hello,

I am currently working with a GaN device model (EPC2001C) provided on the EPCC website. The download contains a Spectre model file. I would like to create a symbol for this device in Virtuoso and run simulations in ADE using the provided Spectre model. I attempted to create a custom symbol and linked it with the Spectre model file, but when I tried running the simulation in ADE, I did not get the expected results. It seems I may have missed some important steps in properly linking the model or setting up the symbol.

Could anyone please guide me on the correct process so that I can do circuit simulation using the GaN Transistor.
