SOA analysis in cadence virtuoso

Dear all,

I am using Cadence virtuoso IC23.1 version.

I would like to do an SOA (Safe Operational Area) analysis to characterize the power MOSFETS used in my design.

I would like to know the procedure for this.

My simulator is Spectre and I am using ADE-Assembler as an interface to run my simulations.

Please let me know the required settings for SOA analysis and the procedure to generate an SOA report.
