Unable to update the number of MC point on the Run Plan

Once the Run Plan is created, it seems that it keeps the number of MC points when it was created.
Changing the number in MC setup window does not update the Run Plan.
Deleting the test and then adding a new test in the Run Plan also does not update it.
Creating new Run Plan has a new MC points, though.

Is this expected?
