ERROR (USIMUWI-20005)

Dear all,

I am running a Montecarlo analysis in Cadence/Spectre for 1000 sample points. Once the simulation completed 15 sample points, I am facing the following simulation error:

ERROR (USIMUWI-20005): The simulator failed to open stream for the format 'psf'. Check the format and supporting functions (for user defined formats) and the permission settings of the directory before running the simulation again.

Please let me know the possible steps to resolve this issue.

Regards,

Tuka

I moved to a more appropriate forum (since this had nothing to do with SKILL).

You didn't mention which version you are using, but it's possibly this: While running Monte Carlo simulation: FATAL (SPECTRE-18): Segmentation fault. Encountered a critical error during simulation. (the article gives a workaround and also says which Spectre version it's fixed in).
