gpdk045 (sram) memory compiler?

I know "real" PDKs typically include memory compilers, and was wondering if something similar might be available with gpdk045, either from Cadence, or perhaps a third-party project or tool...

I have found this previous post:  Synthesizing Memory that somewhat touches on the topic but "Denali" seems to be more focused on interfacing with external memory devices (DRAM, NAND, SD, etc) and therefore does not seem quite applicable to my question.

TIA for any clue, comments, etc!
