How to turn off filter and Pass/Fail column at the results window (semi-)permanently?

It seems that there is no a way to hide Pass/Fail column.

For filter, it is always turn back on after going to output window and back to results window.

If the GUI solution is not available, solution in a form of env variable are also fine, even better, I guess.

In the Detail Transpose view you can right mouse over the pass/fail column heading and hide it; this is not possible in Detail view though. There's a Cadence Change Request #1767511 asking for this; you could contact customer support and ask for a duplicate to be filed on your behalf to increase the demand for this.

Note that in IC25.1 if you hide the column in the Detail Transpose view then this will be remembered and so in subsequent sessions it will stay hidden. You still can't hide it in the Detail view (and there's no env var to do this either).
