Version of Virtuoso Studio that accepts SKILL code as variables

I think this is version related 

I am running IC23.1-64b.ISR9 24

I am trying to use a sweep of S parameter with variables but it seems this version does not accept the SKILL code as a variable.

I saw this problem before but I need confirmation before asking IT to move my work to the newer version.

The variable is declared as:

Sfile sprintf(nil "/home/ma045619/simulation/Spar/Coherent/TIA_260G_DCTLE_VGC%.2f_VPKC%.2f_VATC%.2f_temp%d.s4p" VGC PKC VATC temperature)

It does not allow dragging picture from my drive.

I keep getting this:

ERROR (SFE-874): "input.scs" 17: Cannot run the simulation because syntax error `Unexpected quoted string ""/home/ma045619/simulation/Spar/Coherent/TIA_260G_DCTLE_VGC%f_VPKC%f_VATC%f_temp%d.s4p". Expected close parenthesis or comma' was encountered at line 17, column 4. Correct the syntax error and rerun the simulation.
ERROR (SFE-683): "input.scs" 17: Badly formed parameters statement.
