Calibre PEX run error

Hello everybody,

I'm experiencing an issue while running Calibre PEX. The other tools, nmDRC and nmLVS, work fine, but PEX has the following problem. What is the solution?

ERROR: Error INCL2 on line 41317 of ./rules - this file name is included recursively: ./rules.

Rules File: /disk2/pdk/tsmcN28_HPCP_5X1Z1U/PDK/Calibre/rcx/calibre.rcx

Run Directory: /disk2/others/dsd/PLL_28nm/DILFD_wi_layout_copy/rcx_check

*** Neither file nor directory named "rules" exists in my PDK's Calibre folder.

    Calibre is not a Cadence tool. You would we better off asking this question to Siemens EDA - either to their support or one of their community forums (I think they have them) as the software is provided by them.
