Importing schematics and layout of io pads into Cadence Virtuoso

How do I get these IO pad files for umc65 into cadence virtuoso?

Please provide a guide or documentation.

    I suggest you contact UMC about this. Failing that, contact Cadence customer support (use the Case menu to submit a support case after logging in). Without knowing what's inside those directories, it's really hard to advise - and sharing more information in a pubic forum would be breaking any NDA you might have with the foundry (and certainly any NDA that we have with the foundry).
