DSPF extracted view using Calibre or PVS

Hi,

I am currently performing post-layout simulation of an inductor. To do this, I run PVS Quantus / Calibre Quantus in order to extract a "DSPF" view as the output.

However, when I modify the extraction setup table (as shown in the figure below), the extraction fails with an error indicating that the “DSPF Cells File” must be specified.

Could you please help me identify the correct location and path for the DSPF Cells File within my project directory, or advise on how this file should be correctly defined?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

    Hi,

In Output dropdown, you need to choose the option 'Transistor Dspf' instead of 'Dspf' (this is for cell-level extraction which is why Cells File is required).
