Quantus PVS Parasitic Extraction ERROR (LBRCXM-798)

Dear all,

I am currently designing a simple inverter. The layout has been completed, and the LVS (Layout Versus Schematic) check runs successfully without any errors.

Following this, I proceeded to run LVS for PEX and then moved on to perform parasitic extraction. To do so, I selected Quantus → Run Calibre-Quantus, as shown below.

However, when I click “Apply” to launch Quantus, the process terminates with an error. The error message displayed is as follows:

ERROR (LBRCXM-798):

The reading of technology file extview.trp with #trp_version_2 header has caused Quantus extraction to fail. Contact Cadence Customer Support for assistance

I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue.

Best regards,

It might be this: ICEMAP-221891,221902,221909 & LBRCXM-784,798 errors during extracted view generation.

Or you should do as the error suggests and "Contact Cadence Customer Support for assistance".
