LVS rule deck writing - "Mismatched Instance Parameters" (PVS - pvrf)

Hi all,

I am writing an LVS rule deck to extract a standard NMOS device and compare the parameter values. I have pasted the relevant part of the rule deck from the device extraction section below:

device MN(nmos_5v) nChannel nGate(G) nDiff(S) nDiff(D) pwell(SUB)

lvs_cdn_flow_options -cdl_use_scale;
lvs_map_device M(nmos_5v) MN(nmos_5v);
lvs_reduce yes -parallel_mos;
lvs_reduce yes -series_mos;

lvs_check_property MN totalW W;
lvs_check_property MN l l;

When I run this deck on my NMOS device, I get a comparison error.
Regarding the parameter values I am trying to compare using the lvs_check_property rule mentioned above:
both the 0.8u and 8e-07 values are mathematically the same, but PVS is reporting a mismatch.

I am sharing the schematic netlist and reduced layout netlist below for reference:

schematic netlist:
.SUBCKT nmos_5v_lvs_test
*.PININFO
MM0 net2 net3 net4 net1 nmos_5v W=0.4u L=0.55u mult=1 nf=2 totalW=0.8u
.ENDS

reduced layout netlist:
.subckt nmos_5v_lvs_test
MX0/M0 1 2 3 X0/4 NMOS_5V l=5.5e-07 w=8e-07 m=1
.ends

I will also attach an image of my layout. I have simply placed an NMOS device and shorted the respective terminals with the same nets.

PVS version: Version : 19.10-p001

I would appreciate any help.

Regards,
