Opening layout takes long time after relaunching virtuoso or closing all data

Hi,

I have used virtuoso layout exl for multiple years in the past while working in different companies. In my current company we have recently switched to virtuoso. However, I have noticed each time I relaunch virtuoso or close all data, it takes long time to open even simple layout in layout EXL. It takes 25 seconds just to open a layout of an inverter. Open cell view in progress window pops up during that time. That was never the case when I have used it in other companies. Is there any environment variable I should check?

    The best thing would be to contact customer support (use the Case menu to submit a case after logging in). This is not expected behaviour, but the root cause needs to be explored (we have some facilities via the Diagnostic Center which we can help you run).
