PCB substarte generation on virtuoso and EM simulation using EMX

Hi 

I want PCB substarte generation on virtuoso like ads substarte editor. After that, EM simulation using EMX. I want to manually generate and set PCB substate, but I don't know this is possible using GPDK 45nm.

Regarding EMX document, we can generate EMX proc file to meet our wants, however it's not compatible with GPDK 45nm layer information..

Could you please help to share how to setup PCB substarte and EM simulation at virtuoso and EMX tool, or any proper tool..?
