Question Pcell design: How to set offset of a contact?

Hello,

I am designing a Pcell of transistor with Virtuoso Pcell soft.

I want to let a contact in the center of the shape, with increase the size of the shape.

So, I am trying in this way: Add a “Reference Point (Define by Parameter)” to the contact.  

Now the question is how can I modify the coordinates of the contact?

In fact, the parameter of the reference point is a SKILLlist type. But in CDF parameters, I don’t know how to create a SKILLlist type parameter to control this reference point parameter.

Could you give some suggestion? Thank you.

    Hi,

    I'd like to add to what Andrew has said...  If you are working with PCells and you are also using CDF, then there is a solution which may help (solution 11130422, in case the link does not work).  This solution shows the mapping between SKILL datatypes for a PCell and the supported CDF data types.
