Metal co-ordinates of a PCELL

Hi,

Is it possible to get the metal && poly co-rdinates of a Pcell without flattening the Pcell?

also is it possible to select a instance at a particular co-ordinate using Skill?

Hi Vignesh,
Something similar was discussed very recently. See this append by skillUser and my subsequent append.
