How generate spectre netlist with model parameters

Hi, My systerm info. as following: icfb : 5.10.41. I would like to find a method of generating spectre netlists which contains all model parameters. Now my netlist contains only path of model library. Thank you for your solution.

  • First of all excuse me for post the same question in multiple forums and thanks for your answer. I have model library from one Germany company. Models in that library have a lot of parameters. I don't come to know good the particulars of models parameters. And I want to glance at netlist: what parameters has spectre loaded, all of them or not.
