Hi, My systerm info. as following: icfb : 5.10.41. I would like to find a method of generating spectre netlists which contains all model parameters. Now my netlist contains only path of model library. Thank you for your solution.

If you're asking for a way to have the model files pasted into the netlist rather than referenced via an "include" statement, then the answer is no - this is not supported. Why do you want that?

    Regards,

    Andrew.

First of all excuse me for post the same question in multiple forums and thanks for your answer. I have model library from one Germany company. Models in that library have a lot of parameters. I don't come to know good the particulars of models parameters. And I want to glance at netlist: what parameters has spectre loaded, all of them or not.

OK, in that case, maybe what you need to do is to create a file (with a
    ".scs" suffix), containing the following:

    //
    modelParamsReport info what=models where=file

Then reference this file using Setup->Model Libraries in ADE. What it
will do is generate a file in the netlist directory which contains the
model info. You can provide the file= parameter to tell it exactly where
to put it if you want (see "spectre -h info" for details).

This will then output the information about which models were used, and
    all the parameters.

ADE normally tells spectre to save the same information, but it goes
into a binary result database (you can see this in the results browser)
and this then allows you to annotate model parameters onto the schematic
via the Results->Annotate menu. So you'll see several "info" analyses
in your netlist at the bottom telling to save such information. The
above approach allows you to also save the information to a text file.

    Best Regards,

    Andrew.
