How to calculate length of polygon

Hi,

How to calculate length of a metal whose objType is "polygon"?

Also how to find space between to metal lines which are polygons?

    Hi

    for your first question, first try to get the area of polygon, I used shoelace formula in example then divide that by the square of the width assuming you have uniform width. (I am guessing that this is what you mean)

    for your second question I think it is too vague to make a guess as andrew mentioned.
