bBox bug: the coordinates don't match with real layout dimension

 Hi all,

I'm using icfb 5.10.41_URS6.127.29 and sometimes the bBox dimension doesn't match with real layout dimension. I fixed the problem drawing by hand a very big rectangle shape that forced the layout to recalculate the bBox. After that I deleted this rectangle shape and the bBox mathed with real layout dimensions.

Yesterday the bBox went in "overflow" with coordinates ((-2 -2146015.87) (672.296 3091)) and the layout "disappears". I tried to export GDS and it is correct, so the problem is only on graphic display.

I tried to run icfb, layout, on 32 and 64bit red-hat linux machine but the problem may or may not happens

Is there a cadence version that fix the bBox problems?

 Thanks and regards,

Marco
