SKILL profiler

I want to use profiler to profile the time spent in each function. Basically, I am calling top-level function and it calls many other functions. I want to profile time spent in each of the functions.

 I started profiler, but before I press "stop" button, virtuoso was busy. You can not do anything, while your code is executing. If I don't press stop button then once function completes, the profiler window automatically shuts off.

Does anybody know how to use that profiler?

  • So am I correct in understanding that the profiler window is getting closed?

    If so, and there's nothing which is doing any kind of close window in your code, I think you will need to talk to customer support - who may need to see the problem. I've never come across this as a problem, so it's rather strange.

    Or if you can post some small code which shows this (together with the details of the version you're using) it would be good. And maybe the CDS.log showing the problem. But that would really be better going through customer support. Sorry about the sentences beginning with "And" and "But" there...
