change library reference of all cells in a library

How to change the libName of all cells in a libray?

Basically what I want is Library Manager's Edit->Rename Instances, where the "From Library" is any library. Apprarently putting * there doesn't do the job.

  • The menu names you list don't match with what the library manager actually calls them, so maybe you have some customization in place? Anyway, normally you would just select the library you want to rename, and over the library name do Right Mouse->Rename.
