change library reference of all cells in a library

How to change the libName of all cells in a libray?

Basically what I want is Library Manager's Edit->Rename Instances, where the "From Library" is any library. Apprarently putting * there doesn't do the job.

Hi,
I think that you might want to take a look at Solution 11330942, the solution SKILL code defines a function CCSchangeReflib and another CCSchangeReflibEntireLib. I think that these might address your issue?
