Returing Empty Set!

Hai,

 I have written code for pcell instantiation using dbCreateParamInst,it is creating new cellviews in which instants of master are placed but the cellviews are found to be empty ie CIW showing error "Empty Set".But when my friend runs the same code in his system the cellviews are not empty and it is working fine.

What could be the possible reasons for it?How can i eliminate it?

    I expect there's a mistake in your code.

    You may have noticed that this answer is rather non-specific, but that's really because your question was non-specific with very little for anyone to go on. I've never seen an error saying "Empty Set" in the CIW - maybe it's something to do with your code or the pcells used? Impossible to know without some clues as to what you're doing and what the precise error message was.
