how to recovery a layout cell that deleted in the library manager

 I deleted a layout cell in the library manager,and I find that there is no layout file in the cell file ,just schematic and symbol files.I want to know how to recover the deleted layout. Thanks a lot.

    Of course backups are a good idea too. People also use Design Management tools (e.g. from Dassault (MatrixOne), IC Manage, ClioSoft and MethodICs) to provide version control which allows you to go back to earlier versions (provided you have checked them in).
