HI, I am trying to write some information (eg pin names ) from both layout and schematic in an excel sheet. I am not able to write it in a separate column using outfile() and fprintf() command. Can any one help me with this? I am IC 5

     Thanks skillUser,

The \t works perfect for me.

I am facing another problem. Is there  Carriage return available as escape character in fprintf ? I tried using \r for doing the operation but it is not working.

I need this for printing 3 diffrent columns side by side. So when I use \n new line for some time I need to go back to the initial position for printing the next set of data in the next column.I am unable to achieve this till now.

    Please assist.
