model parameters extraction.

 Hi All,

it will be a great sorry if some one has posed the question,

i think we can extract model parameters from classical simulation, such as Cgs, Cgd. so my question comes out. does these parameters are related to the analysis method, such as transient or DC or AC? if yes, which analysis can give a more reliable parameter values? could we extract the capacitance from a point where several slept (doesn't work in some time, such as 1ms-10ms) transistors connect together ? by the way, this is a schematic simulation, not post simulation (layout level).

thanks for replying even that you misunderstand my question, i will be glad to explain it again.

regards,

zfeng

In spectre you can do a sweep on parameter, temperature or variable..
