hi all,

I made a short between VSS, VDD in top level. I need probe at that exact point where VSS and VDD are shorted. Is there any ideas?

This sort of debugging is best done with a Layout Vs Schematic (LVS) tool such as Assura which can aid you finding such shorts (there is a short locator, for example). Otherwise, how would you propose to do it, Mark Net and use your eyes?  Could be difficult if you don't leverage the tools.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
