How to automatically update a stringfield from a combofield update

Dear all,

does anyone has already done, in a SKILL GUI, an automatic update of a stringfield when an item is selected by a user in a Combofield

  • Wouldn't this just be a simple callback on the combo field, such as:

     let((combo string)
        combo=hiCreateComboField(
                ?name 'combo
                ?items list("one" "two" "three")
                ?prompt "Combo"
                ?callback "hiGetCurrentForm()->string->value=hiGetCurrentForm()->combo->value"
                )
        string=hiCreateStringField(
                ?name 'string
                ?value ""
                ?prompt "String"
                )
        hiCreateAppForm(
            ?name 'CCFcomboForm
            ?fields list(combo string)
            ?formTitle "Silly Example"
        )
        hiDisplayForm(CCFcomboForm)
    )
