How to know a cell has been opened finished ?

Hi All, 

When i open a large cell , it needs time to open it , I want to do something after the cell has been opened finished .

    Andrew , I use layout editor to open a cell . Because when there is a large layout design , it needs to load many cells (e.g. pcells ... , ) ..., it spends much time , and i want to do something when cell is finished loading. I don't want to wait it just sit there and determine . Thank you, Charley
