poCellNameMap not resolving cell name collisions

When I use Xstream to stream out, Xstream is adding a bunch of _cv1, _cv2, et. al. suffixes, even when the cell name collisions are not real.   In other words, the lib, cell, and view are all exactly identical, but XStream still treats these as collisions when in fact I only need one STRUCTURE streamed out in the first place.  After all, it's the exact same cell.

I tried to resolve this using poCellNameMap, and even then XStream still tacks on _cv1, _cv2, etc. even after poCellNameMap puts its own sauce on it.   For the life of me, I can't get rid of these stupid suffixes without postprocessing the GDS.

Surely there is a much simpler solution to this?     Haven't others seen this problem before?

    The hierarchy is something like this:

    libA cellA  ->   libA cellB

                     ->   libB cellC

                                 libB cellD

                                 libA cellB

    Xstream is treating the two instances of "libA cellB" like a collision, and suffixing _cv1 and _cv2 to them both.  It seems to be because libA is referring to libB, which is referring back to libA again.   I tried poParamCellNameMap to see if that affects anything, and...well...the good news is, it works exactly as it's supposed to--for Pcells.   But these aren't Pcells, so that remains unchanged.

    I've tried working through our account on quite a number of obvious bugs, and that isn't getting very far, so I tried here.  The problem is so visible, I figured others have already worked through this somehow.

    thanks, though, Andrew,

    Jay
