create a Symbol from schematic with skill

I want to create a Symbol from Schematic  with specific options:

1. I want to make a rectangle shape

2. place the GND pin at the bottom of the shape

3. place the VDD pin at the top of the shape

4. place input pins at the left of the shape

5. place all other pins at the right of the shape

I want to know how to do this by skill as I am new to skill and also I tried different set of skill methods and still couldn't get to achieve the requirements.
