Abut using Skill

Abhishek Iyer

I have to generate a lot of test cases for MOS abutment.
So I have written a skill code to place mos devices with drain and source tied together in schematic (each schematic has 10 mos devices with varying widths in groups of 2 to test the abutment...  i.e. each schematic will test 5 abutment cases) and to create corresponding layout using lxGenFromSource.

Now I want to trigger abutment. Is there a way to do it using skill?

The abutment works perfectly using the UI mode. The abut function is  set up properly. Its just that I want to do the same through skill what I achieve through UI.

Regards
Abhishek

    The above solution may help.

However, when doing some searching - I see you also logged a case with customer support. The forum guidelines ask you not to do that - asking customer support and posting in the forum tends to mean that more people are working on it than is necessary - and is less efficient.

Sometimes we do ask you to contact customer support after posting in the forums - often for things that will take more time, or if there is a need to see your data which may not be possible in an open forum - but if you've already contacted customer support, it's best not to ask in the forums too...

    Thanks,

    Andrew.
