a simulation problem...

hi 

in cadence i build a model(actually a npn transistor) but i can't simulate that...

it's nodes are not known in cadence...

i think that it should be defined to simulation.i mean  that i should make a simulation profile.

how can i do that?

    I have absolutely no idea what you're asking here. I've read it 5 or 6 times and cannot make out what on earth you're trying to do or what you have tried or what anything in your question actually means. I'd be amazed if anyone else can.
