a simulation problem...

hi 

in cadence i build a model(actually a npn transistor) but i can't simulate that...

it's nodes are not known in cadence...

i think that it should be defined to simulation.i mean  that i should make a simulation profile.

how can i do that?

    I don't mean to be rude, but clearly you didn't bother reading the forum guidelines that I pointed you to. 
    I should mention that there is no tool called "cadence". There's a company called Cadence (Design Systems) that is the provider of lots of different tools, none of which are called "Cadence". Given our portfolio, you could be talking about many things. Even if you were talking about a specific simulator, your question is ridiculously open-ended.
