functions used inside IDE

Hello

I'm writing the following procedure in a skill script in an IDE. But i always have the 1st leSearchHierarchy gives "invalid bBox: nil" in the CIW. Although the values ll and ur are computed.

My 1st question: Is this function can be used in a skill script in the IDE or only works in he CIW for trials?

2nd question: why i have this error, what does it mean and how can i solve it?

The procedure is invoked by these 2 lines:

add_layer(cellView llInst urInst "NW" "drawing")
add_layer(cellView llInst urInst "PP" "drawing")

The procedure:

procedure(add_layer(cellView llInst urInst layerName purpose)
