Stream out specific area of layout

blankman

Hi,

I'm wondering is it possible to stream out just a specific area of a layout using skill (ie giving input coordinates)? I am working with a considerably large layout, and stream out time is taking a considerable length of time.

Thanks,

Brian.

Not sure why that would be. A couple of questions:

    1. Which subversion of virtuoso are you using? getVersion(t) in the CIW will tell you
    2. Are you pre-selecting the objects you wish to yank, or are you not selecting anything and then entering the coordinates of a rectangular area you wish to yank
    3. By array do you mean a "mosaic" - i.e. an instance with multiple rows and/or column of a cellView?

Yes, I know that was one more than a couple ;-)

    Regards,

    Andrew.
