    Hi max,

From top level/Instance Level, i want to check that whether the vias mostly V1(between metal1 and metal2) on power tracks has reaches extreme or still i can place more vias. So for that i want to Highlight Vias .

What does "reaches extreme" mean? This is a very vague requirement.

If you were trying to identify where there were insufficient bias, there is capability to do this with some of the Voltus-Fi analysis options - this would then be based on ensuring that you are meeting current density, and also looking for too few vias and so on (Via coverage ratio, Skewed via ratio  as part of the "structural analysis").

    Andrew.
