Can't open my QRC (assura) Extraction Run Form

Hi,

My virtuoso is 6.1.8 -64b.500.6 and assura 4.1_USR6.

I have a trouble to open my QRC (assura) Extraction Run Form window. It is so wierd that I can open it sometimes. However sometimes, I can't open it and I didn't change any settings.

The error message is below:

    I found a current case where this is being investigated (case 46389742) which are describing similar symptoms. I wonder if somebody from the same institution as you has already filed this with customer support? Which Quantus version are you using? (in the UNIX terminal, type "qrc -version"))

    Hi Andrew,

    I am not sure if other people found this problem too. My QRC version is 19.1.3 -s062 (64bits). Yesterday I was stuck by this issue for 3 or 4 hours. Then at around 6pm EST time. It suddenly works after I keep refreshing "Quantus Parasitic Extraction Setup Form" window. However, it seems that settings in "Quantus Parasitic Extraction Setup Form" doesn't affect "QRC (assura) Extraction Run Form" window.

    In that case I suggest you contact customer support. It's going to be a challenge to figure it out here...
