How to get DSPF file path in ADE L by SKILL

Hi,

I have several DSPF files setup in ADE -> Setup -> Simulation Files. Is there a way I can use SKILL to get the path of these DSPF files and also know if these files are enable or not.

Thanks!

    sess=asiGetCurrentSession()
    dspfFiles=asiGetEnvOptionVal(sess "allDspfFiles")

    This will return something like:

    ((t "/export/home/user/support/playGPDK45/fourinv.dspf" "")
    (nil "blah.dspf" "")
    )

    The t or nil in each sublist indicates whether it is enabled or not; the next entry is the file, and the last is any options that have been chosen.

    Andrew.

    Hi Andrew,

    I added these commands in a Skill program. But when I initial run the program. I see error:

    Error The default SKILL generic function has not been defined for the function "asiEnvGetVar". Ensure that this function is called with the correct argument (tool partition name).

    Appreciate your help to understand the Error.

    Thanks,

    XJ

    It probably means that the session you're passing to asiGetEnvOptionVal is nil and not a valid session object.
