Techfile - minspacing 'sameNet parameter with wells

Is it possible to setup the minSpacing constraint parameter 'sameNet to work with wells?  For example, a process may set a rule for minimum space between two N+ wells connected to the same potential as 1µm and the minimum spacing between two N+ wells connected to different potentials to 2µm.  

I've tried the using the following lines in a techfile without any luck: minSpacing "layerName" 'sameNet 1

The minSpacing for layerName uses 1µm for shapes on layerName with and without the same Route Net Name.

    I just did some quick experiments and I could get it to work (using VLS XL, and checking with DRD) if I have:

     ( minSameNetSpacing "Nwell" 0.3 'ref "NW.SP.1" 'description "Minimum Nwell Spacing (same potential)" )

    but it doesn't seem to work with:

    ( minSpacing "Nwell" 0.2 'sameNet 'ref "NW.SP.3" 'description "Minimum Nwell Space (same potential)" )

    I intentionally used a different number to help with testing. I suggest you contact customer support, because I don't know which application you're hoping to enforce this with, and it may just need some more testing, and I don't really have the bandwidth to do that and follow up with R&D this week, I'm afraid.
