How to enable TMI menu in ADE

Hi, guys

I'm using IC618 and try to run some aging simulation with TMI. But there is no TMI option automatic enabled in reliability menu. So I did the following command in my CIW window :

envSetVal("afs.relxOpts" "displayTMIGui" 'boolean t)

and then use senGetVal to get a return of t. so I guess it has setup.

But, when I back to check the reliability menu in ADE, the TMI menu is still not appear. Does anyone can give an instruction to solve it?

Thanks,

Fmeng

    Fmeng,

As far as I know, reliability analysis via the reliability analysis setup in ADE L/XL/Explorer/Assembler is only supported for Cadence simulators - you are setting an environment variable here for a non-Cadence (Mentor/Siemens) simulator.

    Andrew.

    Hi, Andrew,

Thanks for your reply. I change the command to envSetVal("spectre.relxOpts" "displayTMIGui" 'boolean t) and it works.
