Exact ViVA proint to file

Hi all,

I am trying to export ViVA graphs to file using:

saveGraphImage(?window win ?fileName outFileName ?exactCopy 't)

Before that I am doing:

awvPlotWaveform(win list(wavefrm) ?expr list(strcat(ss "(" getCornersAndValuesText(historyName cn) ")")) ?stripNumber list(i))

While running the code it is notable that ViVA renders waveforms in two steps, first is rough and second is much finer and corresponds to expected waveforms.

But saveGraphImage captures and saves initial (rough) shapes of waveforms.

Is there a way to wait for ViVA do it's job complete so saveGraphImage can capture expected images?

Thanks in advance.

This looks as if it's probably due to a known bug (CCR 2209855 for my reference) which was fixed in IC6.1.8 ISR15 (so IC6.1.8-64b.500.15). You'll need to update to a later hotfix of IC618 (ideally the latest). If you still see the problem then, please contact customer support. It was due to a performance optimisation that was done earlier in IC6.1.8 and unfortunately this was a regression caused by an improvement elsewhere.

May this be related to axlPlotAcrossDesignPoints plots blank diagrams and later adds curves?

When I plot in loop I get empty windows.

No, I don't think it has anything to do with that. This is a specific issue with graph plotting and saving to images.

Wait for what? Have you tried with the newer version and shown that your issue with axlPlotAcrossDesignPoints still occurs? If so, you should report it to customer support as it won't get magically fixed unless we know about it (and have some means of reproducing it). The fix for the saveGraphImage has been out since November 2020.
